I immediately drove up to the commercial lane, was assisted, and was on my way. I really like my bank,very nice,super quick service,phone answered quickly. Enjoy Regions but list the local phone numbers already. I would and have recommended this Bank to people I know.

I am trying to get a number for a local branch in South Carolina. Your computer phone service is telling me there are none in South Carolina. I know there are three unless they are closing down today. Why would you want to make people have to work so hard? I currently don’t have an account with you and can’t see why I would ever want one after this.
Regions reserves the right to refuse any check. I was going to ask how to better invest my $70,000 with them. Therefore I will drive there and close my account. This is terrible customer service. Why in the world will you not publish the phone numbers for the individual branches?

The "wealth advisor" insisted on substituting his judgment for our own. We have never been treated so disrespectfully. We cannot adequately express our displeasure with this bank. We would not even give this bank a one star. The 143 branch needs a larger payroll budget to insure good customer service.

They are not even registered with the SBA for automatic forgiveness application. All they know, is how to create a ticket and will call you back which never happens. I tried again twice at different dates and have been on hold for over an hour with no response. When walked into the office the first time, the "manager" did not even know how to go about this information.
Needed to talk to someone at the branch. The 800 number was not helpful at all. Needed a person which would h Ave taken about 5 minutes. Banks have gotten where they are so impersonal. The customer service rep was very nice and apologized but I just needed to have my money elsewhere.

No notice to the customer of what the activity was going to be. I am closing my account and taking my business else where. 2 thumbs down to chase, where no matter how long you have been a customer its not taken under consideration. I am on my mother's bank account and was trying to call the branch or find information on whether her branch has a notary public. There is no listed phone number for her branch, there is nothing on the automated telephone service that lets me speak with a live representative.
This says call this number for the bank on Washington Pike. I need to talk to a person about charges on my account. I have spent 45 minutes going to different computer locales and cannot talk to a live person.
The only number listed is the regions auto bank line, which doesn't have a live banker on weekends. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. Review of "FirstBank - Table Mesa & Broadway in King Soopers" at 3600 Table Mesa Drive pretty good bank...but the closing time is 6PM, not 7, as posted. This branch is permanently closed and they did so without notice. There are no longer any Regions Branches in Leesburg. Yesterday I gave up and went to the 158 branch.

I'm going to make some calls and see if other banking institutions have the same practice. The branch itself is fine to work with. As others have said, trying to call and speak to someone is a nightmare.
There needs to be phones available at the bank branch not an operator. I cannot ask all the questions I need to ask with a robot. Regions also take forever with depositing money, when I come into the bank and give them money to put in my account it should be in my account immediately not days later.
Regions Bank located in Minden, Louisiana. I don't do my regular banking with Regions but I opened a credit card with them because I thought it was a great offer. Tried to create an online account for the credit card. Do companies still do business like this? I haven't dealt with customer service this poor for at least a decade. My wife and I are business owners and have been inquiring information about PPP loan forgiveness.
